Herbal Doula

This is an area of herbalism that I am passionate about and I have now worked with many clients to support their journey through fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

I also trained as a doula in 2024, just before I went through my own journey into motherhood, which has been fully supported by herbalism.

I like to meet with clients for 1 hour for each of their trimesters to offer a space for you to discuss birth preferences, physical and emotional health and your herbal birth support.
