Herbal Infusion (loose leaf tea) 50g

A selection of herbal tea blends for various aspects of health support. I buy in organic herbs, formulate blends and then mix batches together in my dispensary. Choose from;

• HEART: Linden, hawthorn, rose, lemonbalm & hibiscus; for physical and emotional calming heart support

• TULSI TONIC: Lemon vana tulsi, rama tulsi and ginger root: uplifting for mind, body and spirit

• DIGESTIVE SOOTHE: Marshmallow leaf, plantain leaf, chamomile blossom, licorice root & calendula petals; an anti-inflammatory, calming and soothing digestive blend

• DIGESTIVE FIRE: Peppermint, Fennel seed, ginger root, rosemary & lemonbalm; A tasty and digestive boosting blend.

• CALM: Lemonbalm, Oatstraw, Chamomile Blossom and Linden; a relaxing blend for nervous system support when you're feeling stressed or anxious.

• REST: Passionflower, Lemon verbena, Lemonbalm & Oatstraw; A deeper relaxing blend (than the Calm blend) great for unwinding in the evening, and may help contribute to a more restful sleep. 

• MAIDEN, MOTHER, MAGE: Elderflower, Marshmallow leaf, Nettle & Rose; A blend for all ages and stages of life. Anti-inflammatory, cooling and soothing. Originally blended for Rebecca Sharp's Poetic re-enactment of the same name.
